Chips.gg: Account Blocked

Two cases on file where Chips.gg blocked or banned an account after KYC.

A player from Poland says emails about their documents went unanswered and the account was blocked with about $800 inside; they admit using a VPN at times but wouldn't say from where.

A player from New Zealand says KYC showed as approved while support called it declined, then the account was banned after two keno wins took the balance to about 5,000 USDT.

Chips.gg never answered in the first case and stopped replying in the second.

• Tell the mediator plainly where you played from if you used a VPN.
• Ask support for your KYC result in writing.
• Use the Anjouan licence validator's complaint form if the casino ignores the mediator.
