Two cases on file where Cryptoboss removed winnings. A player from Russia says that after two $50 deposits and big bonuses, she won about €2,200, then faced document checks, an account block and a 20-minute video call.
The casino then kept the winnings and returned her last deposit, citing multiple accounts, which she denies. Cryptoboss never answered the mediator, even after asking to reopen the case.
In a newer, open case, a Finnish player says the casino removed about 1.38 million roubles by applying a bonus's 200,000-rouble cashout cap after the bonus showed as fully wagered.
