Cryptorino: Deposit Issues

Two cases on file about crypto deposits that reached Cryptorino but never showed in the balance. In one, 280 USDT failed the casino's transaction screening.

Cryptorino said an outside payment provider returned it on 11 August, and that the player had contacted support up to 14 times a day; the player never confirmed it arrived.

In the other, a player says two deposits sent through Revolut, worth $1,472.37, reached the wallet linked to their account, but support only said it was looking into it. Cryptorino never answered the mediator in that case.

• Give the casino the transaction ID and a blockchain link showing the coins reached its address.
• Get any refund promise in writing, and allow a week or two for an outside provider before you escalate.
• Ask your payment provider for a written confirmation of the transfer.
