Gamdom: Geo & VPN Disputes

Two cases on file where location came up. A player in the UK asked Gamdom to repay 60,536 USDT in losses, saying staff knew where they were, told them to keep playing and once suggested a VPN.

As the player reports it, Gamdom says they listed Norway as home. Casino.guru rejected the case, since its rules exclude refunds of losses.

In the other, Gamdom called a Uruguayan player's account a KYC fraud case and never answered the mediator; the player says VPN use wasn't the reason given.
