Instant Casino: Geo & VPN Disputes

Two cases on file from Dutch players whose access to Instant Casino was cut on 13 March 2026. One had about €205 left inside after a deposit that morning.

After more than fifty emails and a complaint, the casino refunded it by bank transfer, which the player confirmed. The other, fully verified and paid out several times before, says the casino voided a €616,000 balance.

The mediator said the country block seemed to come only after the win, and found the casino acted against fair gambling.

• Check that a casino is licensed for your country before you deposit.
• File a complaint, with your bank details sent once, if you're blocked for your country with money inside.
• Take a mediator's finding to the regulator if the casino ignores it.
