What Happened
A player from the Netherlands says Instant Casino took a 250 EUR deposit on the morning of 13 March 2026 and that afternoon restricted the account because they are Dutch, after they had been playing for about a month and a half with a profile verified on sign-up. About 205 EUR was left inside. They say they sent more than fifty emails over two months and only ever heard that the matter was being worked on. The casino told the mediator its team was handling it and later started a manual refund.
How It Developed
- 2026-05-07Complaint opened. The player said they registered and verified with a driving licence on 28 January 2026 and never took bonuses.
- 2026-05-22A resolver took over and warned that this casino had often not answered Casino.guru in the past.
- 2026-05-27Instant Casino replied that it was working on the case and would email the player with any update.
- 2026-06-08The mediator reported that the casino had told him a manual refund had been started.
- 2026-06-10The player confirmed the transfer had arrived, about three months after the block, and the case was marked resolved the next day.
Resolved
Instant Casino refunded the roughly 205 EUR balance by manual transfer about three months after restricting the Dutch player's account.
What Helped
The complaint itself, by the mediator's account: a casino with a record of ignoring Casino.guru paid out within two weeks of the resolver's public request. If you are blocked for your country with money inside, send your bank details once, keep the emails, and file a complaint rather than sending dozens more messages.
