Two cases on file where Justbit blocked an account with money at stake. In one, a player hit three jackpots on a tap game using its auto-tap button at the minimum bet.
Justbit let them withdraw about €23,000, then blocked the account and kept the last €3,700, saying auto-play broke its rules. The mediator found the player was owed the money; Justbit wouldn't pay.
In the other, Justbit blocked a Dutch player's account the day after a €1,500 deposit that the bank then took, and never answered the mediator.
