What Happened
A player from the Netherlands says a €1,500 iDEAL deposit at Justbit neither left the bank nor reached the casino on 24 February 2025. The next day Justbit blocked the account, and two days after that the bank took the €1,500, the player says. The money never showed up in the casino balance, and support stopped replying.
How It Developed
- 2025-02-27The €1,500 left the player's bank account, the player says, two days after Justbit blocked the casino account.
- Complaint opened. The mediator suggested waiting, as deposit refunds can take up to a month.
- With still no word from the casino, the mediator asked for a bank statement covering the deposit day onward, and the player sent it.
- The resolver asked Justbit why the deposit, taken after it had closed the account, had not been returned.
- 2025-04-23Justbit never replied. The complaint was closed as unresolved; the mediator noted the casino's Costa Rica licence offers no regulator to complain to.
Unresolved
Justbit never answered the mediator, and the player says the €1,500 was neither credited nor returned.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Nothing — the casino never engaged, and its Costa Rica licence leaves no regulator to turn to. Banks often can't reverse an iDEAL payment, so check where a casino is licensed, and whether that body takes complaints, before you deposit.
