Justbit: Deposit Issues

Two cases on file about bank deposits at Justbit. A Dutch player says a €1,500 iDEAL deposit was taken by their bank two days after Justbit blocked the account, and never reached the casino balance.

Justbit never answered the mediator, and its Costa Rica licence leaves no regulator to turn to.

In the other, Justbit held €6,360 in withdrawals until it got the player's Volt bank deposits, which it says failed; the player says the bank confirmed they arrived.

• Get written confirmation from your bank, with the reference number, that a deposit reached the casino's account.
• Check where a casino is licensed, and whether that body takes complaints, before you deposit.
