MyStake: Deposit Issues

Two cases on file, both from Argentina, about bank deposits that left the player's account but didn't reach MyStake. In one, the player says the bank and the clearing house confirmed a 21,600 ARS transfer.

They marked the case resolved soon after getting a bank statement, though the page doesn't say the money was credited. In the other, two 20,000-peso deposits went missing.

The mediator said a trace through the payment provider could take about a month, and the player stopped replying.
