Rollbit: Self-Exclusion Failures

None of the 3 cases has ended in the player's favour; 3 ended unresolved.

Three cases on file from players who say Rollbit let them keep gambling after they raised a gambling problem. A player from Sweden says they told Rollbit about an addiction in 2021 and could still deposit; Rollbit didn't answer the mediator.

A Dutch player says they self-excluded twice and could still open new accounts. Rollbit said Dutch sign-ups are blocked and pointed to signs of a VPN, but the mediator found its evidence only partly convincing, and Rollbit then went quiet.

The newest, from 2026, is a player from Quebec who says they opened three new accounts while excluded, passed ID checks on each with the same ID, and lost over $120,000 in two weeks. Casino.guru closed it without asking Rollbit.
