Shuffle: Bonus Disputes

Two cases on file about Shuffle promotions. In one, a player says a live-stream promotion promised $2,200 but only $110 was credited.

The case was handled as a late withdrawal and closed when the player stopped replying.

In the other, a player believes they were caught in a mass ban aimed at a referral community accused of using bots in a wager race, after a day of claiming daily bonus codes. Neither case was put to Shuffle.

• Record a streamed promotion and keep the chat messages that name the amount.
• Say clearly in the complaint that it's a bonus dispute, not a payout delay.
• Have your referral code and the bonus codes you claimed ready if you're caught in a ban wave.
