What Happened
A player from Buenos Aires says Shuffle blocked their account after one day of play, during which they were redeeming daily bonus codes, and then ignored two weeks of emails. The player believes they were caught up in a mass ban aimed at people from the same referral community who were accused of using bots in a wager race, and says they never entered the race, used no bonus and ended up losing money overall.
How It Developed
- 2026-09-18Complaint opened; the login screen only told the player to contact support.
- 2026-09-21The mediator asked for the promotion link, how many daily codes were claimed, which games were played, the referral code used, and whether any device, connection or payment method was shared with people from that community.
- 2026-09-28No answer came, so seven more days were given.
- 2026-10-05The case was closed for lack of a reply. It can be reopened.
Abandoned
The player stopped responding before answering the mediator's questions. Shuffle never joined.
What Helped
Nothing was examined. The mediator's questions show what matters in a ban-wave case: the exact referral code, which codes you claimed, and whether you shared a device or network with the people who were banned. Have those answers ready and send the original emails as files.
