Two cases on file where a TG.Casino withdrawal led to winnings being voided. A Dutch VIP player says about €120,000 was voided under a $1,000 maximum-bet rule that, they say, appeared only after they asked to withdraw.
The mediator said it doesn't punish casinos for enforcing such rules, so the case rested on whether the rule was in the offer.
A player from Georgia says she passed full verification at her first win, and the account was then blocked over a bonus rule for a bonus she never used. TG.Casino never answered the mediator in either case.
