What Happened
A player from the Netherlands says TG.Casino voided about 120,000 euros in winnings by applying a 1,000 dollar maximum-bet rule that, according to them, was not part of the tailored VIP offer they received and only appeared after they asked to withdraw. The player says a community host and other VIP players agreed the rule had not been mentioned. Most of the player's posts are private. TG.Casino never responded to the mediator.
How It Developed
- 2026-03-04Complaint opened. The mediator noted that max-bet rules are an industry standard it normally upholds, and asked for the bonus terms as offered and any casino replies.
- 2026-03-05The player sent several private replies with their evidence, later asking for the whole exchange to be kept private.
- 2026-03-17A resolver took over, warned that this casino had ignored earlier messages, and asked TG.Casino to explain the refusal.
- 2026-03-24The casino was given 7 more days.
- 2026-03-31No reply came. The case was closed as unresolved, with a suggestion to write to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board.
Unresolved
TG.Casino never answered the mediator about a max-bet rule the player says was added after the fact; about 120,000 euros stays voided.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Nothing moved the casino; it did not answer at all. The mediator was upfront that it does not punish casinos for enforcing a max-bet rule, so the whole case rested on proving the rule was absent from the offer, which was never tested. Screenshot every VIP offer and its terms before playing with it.
