Thunderpick: Account Blocked

Two cases on file where Thunderpick shut an account with money inside, and in both the player says the balance was kept: $12,000 in 2022 and $8,725 in 2024.

In the first, the player says Thunderpick called them a professional player and cited its registration rules. In the second, the block came about two weeks after the player sent KYC and a selfie holding a dated note.

The email cited terms 5.1 and 15.1, which the player denies breaking. Thunderpick didn't reply on the page in either.
