Crypto Casino Complaints / Thunderpick / Confiscated Winnings
Neither case has ended in the player's favour; 2 ended unresolved.
Two cases on file where Thunderpick closed an account and kept the balance. In 2022, a player from Mongolia says $12,000 was seized after Thunderpick called them a professional player and said they broke its registration rules.
In 2024, a player says they won about $9,000 with crypto, withdrew $400 and sent KYC and a selfie with a dated note.
About two weeks later the account was closed for good with $8,725 kept, citing terms 5.1 and 15.1, which the player denies breaking. Thunderpick didn't reply on the page in either case.
