What Happened
A player from Italy says BC.Game let them keep playing slots after they set a $10 daily loss limit and a $20 wager limit in early December 2025. They say they lost about $5,000 on 3 December and $3,000 on 7 December, and the limits never stopped them. BC.Game said the losses came before the limits kicked in, or after a daily limit had lapsed, and gave a 500 BCD goodwill payment.
How It Developed
- 2026-01-03First closed as unresolved with no casino reply, after the mediator pointed to BC.Game's record of ignoring complaints.
- 2026-03-11Reopened at BC.Game's request. The casino said it had repaid $15.58 lost through a short technical fault, and that the bigger losses came before a 15-minute start-up delay ended.
- 2026-04-13BC.Game said the player kept setting and removing limits and bet every one to three seconds. The player says limits were removed only later, on staff advice, to test them.
- 2026-04-21The casino gave the times: loss limit at 00:01 and wager limit at 04:34 on 3 December. On 29 April it added that a daily limit lapses at midnight UTC, so it was not liable for 7 December.
- 2026-05-04The mediator said a daily limit renews each day rather than expiring, noted the casino's own data showed about $3,499 lost on 7 December, and asked whether the limits had been removed first.
- 2026-05-19BC.Game stopped answering. The mediator closed the case as unresolved and cut the disputed sum to about $3,500, the losses after the limits should have applied.
Unresolved
BC.Game never explained how play continued on 7 December with both limits set, and the losses were not repaid.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
The mediator boiled the dispute down to one question, why a limit that was in place did not stop play days later, and the casino never answered it. If your limits fail, screenshot the limit settings and the losses with their times, and report it to support each time.
