What Happened
A player from Norway says they sent 0.171 ETH to an old BC.Game account they had closed, by clicking the wrong account, and could see the balance but not withdraw or play. Support, they say, kept giving the same automated answers and once pointed them to an unrelated account-recovery email. BC.Game said the account was closed under its responsible gambling policy after the player mentioned self-harm, and that all deposits made during the exclusion had been refunded, leaving a zero balance.
How It Developed
- 2026-06-07Complaint opened over the deposit stuck in a closed account.
- 2026-06-12A BC.Game representative joined and asked for the account details to look into it; the player said the money had now been sent back, while criticising the support experience.
- 2026-06-17BC.Game explained the closure was a welfare measure and said everything deposited during the exclusion had been refunded.
- 2026-06-17The mediator asked the player to confirm receipt so the case could close properly; no answer came, and 7 extra days were added on 22 June.
- 2026-06-29The complaint was closed because the player stopped responding. It can be reopened.
Abandoned
The player said the deposit had been returned but never confirmed it to the mediator, so the case closed for silence. BC.Game says the balance is zero.
What Helped
Raising the complaint publicly: within five days a casino representative stepped in and the player reported the ETH had been returned. If you deposit into a closed account by mistake, give support the account ID and the transaction details straight away, and confirm in the thread once the refund lands.
