BC.Game: Deposit Issues

3 of 9 cases ended in the player's favour; 1 was rejected, 3 closed without a reply, 1 ended unresolved and 1 is still open.

9 cases on file about deposits that didn't arrive as expected.

Three were sorted out after a complaint: a $500 crypto deposit credited as a code, a 10,000 peso deposit the player marked settled the next day, and two crypto deposits sent by mistake to a self-excluded account, which BC.Game sent back.

Crypto mistakes run through others too: XRP sent with the wrong destination tag, CRO sent over a network BC.Game had stopped supporting, and ETH sent to a closed account.

In the open UPI case and a €1,895 QR payment, everything waited on written proof from the bank or provider that the money reached the casino. In a 2023 GCash case, BC.Game never answered the mediator on the page.
