What Happened
A player from Germany says that on 12 August 2026 a huge deposit of 5 billion ONE tokens, which they never sent, landed in their BC.Game account after a flaw on the Harmony blockchain was exploited. According to the player, the casino let them play with it, then restricted the account when they tried to cash out, moved the tokens away and also took the roughly $10,000 they had before, leaving about $17. They want that earlier balance back, plus missed bonuses and compensation.
How It Developed
- 2026-10-15Complaint opened. The player asked BC.Game for the full account history before 12 August to prove what the balance was.
- 2026-10-15The player also says a helper the casino pointed them to in a public review reply was later called an impostor by support.
- 2026-10-16The mediator asked for proof that about $10,000 of the player's own money was in the account just before the stray deposit, how it was built up, and whether the casino explained removing it.
- 2026-10-17The player replied, but the reply is waiting for moderation and is not public yet.
Ongoing
The mediator wants proof of the balance before the stray deposit. BC.Game has not been asked for its side yet.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Too early to tell. Get ready for the mediator's first question: show what your balance was before the unexpected deposit arrived, using deposit records, win screenshots or the account history, so the two sums can be told apart.
