Crypto Casino Complaints / BC.Game / Confiscated Winnings
None of the 17 cases has ended in the player's favour; 10 were rejected, 2 closed without a reply, 1 ended unresolved, 3 ended with the money kept and 1 is still open.
17 cases on file where BC.Game kept or voided a balance. In 10, its reason was a second or linked account.
In most of those, the player's own answers or BC.Game's device data showed a shared phone, a relative's deposit, a family member's referral code or an earlier verified account, and the mediator sided with the casino.
Three cases went differently: the mediator found BC.Game's proof too weak, yet the casino kept about 6,000 USDC, 60,000 USDT and more than $10,000.
Its reasons there were a network of 118 accounts, a game flaw it later called bonus abuse, and banned techniques. In one case, the mediator accepted that Tower Legend winnings came from a game bug.
The newest, still open, is about $10,000 a player says was taken along with a stray token deposit they never sent.
