What Happened
A player from Norway signed up at Bitkingz on 25 June 2024, deposited about 3,430 NOK over two days and, they say, ran it up to roughly 30,000 NOK without a bonus. At withdrawal the account was closed for multiple accounts, which the player denied. Bitkingz told the mediator that an account with the same name, surname and birth date had been opened in September 2020, and sent its evidence privately. The mediator accepted the older account was probably the player's, forgotten, but found voiding real-money winnings over it unfair.
How It Developed

The mediator's view, not the outcome: a duplicate-account rule exists to stop bonus abuse, and using it to void winnings from a forgotten 2020 account that never gave an edge did not meet its standard.
