What Happened
A player says they opened a Cloudbet account in June 2026 to bet on the World Cup, passed verification and deposited 1,146.70 USDT. After some winning bets pushed the balance above 2,500 USDT, they asked for a first withdrawal on 10 July. The money never arrived, and the account was locked for what the casino called a betting integrity review.
How It Developed
- 2026-07-10The player asked for the withdrawal and confirmed it by email. Soon after, they could no longer get into the account.
- For about two weeks support sent the same answer: the review takes time. The player then filed the complaint to get the funds back.
- The casino told the mediator it was putting together evidence and documents to explain its decision and would send them after an internal check.
- The player asked for that evidence to be sent to them too, not only to the mediator.
- The mediator asked the casino for an update and warned the case would close as unresolved without one. The player said they were still waiting, and the case is now marked unresolved.
Unresolved
The casino said it was gathering evidence, but the page shows none sent. The balance and the withdrawal are still held.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Nothing so far. The casino promised evidence, but the page doesn't show it arriving. If your account is locked for a review, ask for the reason in writing and ask for any evidence to be sent to you directly, so you can answer it.
