What Happened

A player from the Czech Republic says CoinCasino cancelled a $300 withdrawal and then removed the whole balance, $300.38, because some bets went over the maximum while a $500 deposit bonus was active. The player calls the breach alleged and mainly objects to what followed: they say the bonus was allowed to run to completion, the funds showed as real cash, more play and a withdrawal were allowed, and a chat agent even saw it marked as paid before it was reversed.
