What Happened
A player from Russia says they deposited $632.69 in USDT at Gamdom, passed KYC levels 1 and 2, and kept playing roulette, dice and sports bets for nearly a month while the account was under review. During a bet, the casino ended the session, cited abusive play and kept the $2,595.79 USDT profit. Only the deposit was left to withdraw.
How It Developed
- Complaint opened. The player said their stats showed about 21,000 bets worth about $26,800 in total, and asked the casino to show its evidence or return the $2,595.79.
- The casino said its review found a breach of its rules against working with others to rig results, exploiting promotions or gaining an unfair edge. It said play is not always blocked during a review, that the deposit was returned in full, and that evidence went to the mediator.
- The player rejected this. They said they played alone, had passed KYC, made about $700 of the profit on sports bets, and that the casino never named the rule they broke.
- The mediator found the casino had followed its terms and closed the case, pointing the player to a regulator or an ADR body.
Rejected
The case was marked resolved, but the mediator found the casino followed its terms. The $632.69 deposit came back; the $2,595.79 profit did not.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Nothing got the profit back: the mediator accepted the casino's private evidence. If a casino says your account is under review, stop playing and ask what the review is about. Winnings made during a review can still be taken away later.
