What Happened

A UK player says they won around £30,000 on the MyStake slots Le Digger and Le Cowboy, requested a £6,000 withdrawal, then cancelled it, and the money never came back to the balance. Soon after, they could not log in. The player says the account was verified, many withdrawals had been paid before, and no bonus was active. The casino did not post in the thread.

How It Developed

2026-08-05The mediator asked about games, verification and bonuses, and the player answered the same day.
2026-08-10The mediator asked whether the casino had been contacted and for the correspondence.
2026-08-17A seven-day reminder was sent.
2026-08-24No reply, and the case was closed. It can be reopened.

Abandoned

The player never sent their messages with the casino; a cancelled £6,000 withdrawal and the lost account access were never examined.

What Helped

Nothing was tested. Cancelling a withdrawal should return the money to your balance at once; if it does not, screenshot the transaction page and email support before anything else, since the mediator needs that trail.
