What Happened
A player from Serbia says Rollbit blocked their withdrawals, about $470, claiming they had other linked accounts. They say this is their only account and they are the only one at home who bets. According to the player, the casino kept asking them to list the other accounts but never showed any evidence. The account had been verified around the end of March 2025.
How It Developed
- 2025-04-03Complaint opened. The mediator asked when the account was verified, whether anyone at home also plays, and about the last contact with the casino.
- 2025-04-08A resolver invited Rollbit to explain, and to send any proof of broken rules privately.
- 2025-04-11The player said Rollbit had answered a second complaint email but not the first.
- 2025-04-15The mediator gave the casino 7 more days, then tried a different contact channel.
- 2025-04-22Rollbit never replied. The case was closed as unresolved, and the player was given the licensing body's contact.
Unresolved
Rollbit did not answer the mediator, and the player says the withdrawals stay blocked.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Nothing worked, because Rollbit never joined the case. The mediator noted that the casino's licensing body offers no formal complaint service, but writing to it is still the only step left.
