What Happened
A player from Russia says that after winning a few hundred dollars at Rollbit, they were asked to verify their identity, did so, and still couldn't cash out. For a month, support kept asking them to list their other Rollbit accounts, the player says, though they have only one. The complaint lists €1,500 as the amount at stake.
How It Developed
- 2025-01-06The player told the mediator they verified with a driving licence and a live check, deposited 500 USDT, played only on their own laptop, and signed up on 6 December 2024.
- 2025-01-13The case went to a resolver, who asked Rollbit to comment.
- 2025-01-28Rollbit's legal and compliance team said in the thread that it had emailed the mediator on 20 January.
- 2025-02-17Rollbit said it was waiting for information from an outside provider and would reply once it arrived.
- 2025-03-10No answer followed, despite more reminders. The mediator closed the case as unresolved for lack of evidence and pointed the player to the AOFA gaming regulator.
Confiscated
The mediator found Rollbit's evidence for holding the payout insufficient, and nothing in the thread shows the winnings being paid.
What Helped
Getting Rollbit to engage helped little: it went quiet while waiting on an outside provider. Ask the casino in writing what its multi-account claim is based on, and send the mediator's finding to the regulator.
