Rollbit: Withdrawal Issues

36 cases on file where players say a Rollbit withdrawal was held, left pending or switched off.

In 27, the player says Rollbit asked about other or linked accounts before it would pay, usually after ID checks were done; nearly all of them say they have only one account.

Some were first withdrawals, one of just $102; others came after earlier payouts had gone through. In 8, players say Rollbit cited money-laundering rules or warned it could report them.

Casino.guru closed 17 of these cases citing Rollbit's record of ignoring it, and in 9 more Rollbit didn't answer when asked. In 3 cases where it kept the money, the mediator found it hadn't shown enough proof for its claims.

• Stop playing once withdrawals are blocked — one player says the sum in dispute grew from about $600 to $5,000 while they kept playing.
• Turn off any VPN or proxy before you log in — 5 players here say they had used one, and the mediator asks about it first.
• Put your denial of other accounts in writing to Rollbit's complaints email, and keep every reply.
• Take the case to Rollbit's licensing regulator, with your verification screenshots and support chats, if the mediator closes it.
