What Happened
A player from Poland says Rollbit put a 3,189 USDC withdrawal on hold and, a day after they asked support about it, disabled the account and accused them of running several accounts. The player says they have one verified account, used only on their phone over mobile data, and won without a bonus. Rollbit told the mediator it would not discuss the case until its own complaints process had finished.
How It Developed
- 2025-06-20The player told the mediator the account was opened on 2 June 2025 and used for sports and casino games.
- 2025-07-14Rollbit said it first needs the account email and ID, name and address, a yes to a possible video identity check, a summary and the outcome wanted, and cannot discuss open cases with outside sites.
- 2025-07-24After the player sent those details, Rollbit confirmed the ticket was logged with a 20-business-day target and again declined to discuss it.
- 2025-08-13The player reported that the 20 business days had passed with no answer. The mediator gave the casino more time.
- 2025-08-22With no further reply, the case was closed as unresolved. The mediator mentioned the Curaçao Gaming Control Board, which does not settle single disputes.
Unresolved
Rollbit said its internal review had to finish first, then went silent after its own 20-business-day target passed.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Rollbit joined the thread only to say its own complaints process had to finish first. When dealing with it, send the six items it asks for to its complaints inbox early and note the date: here the 20-business-day target passed with no decision.
