What Happened
A player from Myanmar says they deposited about $590 at Rollbit, won a sports bet and asked to withdraw about $3,313. By the player's account, support then asked them to list other accounts even though KYC levels 1 to 3 were passed, and a compliance email warned the matter could go to anti-money-laundering authorities unless linked accounts were declared. The player says no other accounts exist.
How It Developed
- Complaint opened. The mediator first asked the player to allow 14 days for the payout.
- After that window, the player said the withdrawal was still pending and Rollbit had not answered an email from mid-November.
- The player emailed the chat logs to the mediator, then reported being banned and unable to log in.
- 2025-12-15The mediator did not contact Rollbit, citing more than 10 earlier cases it had ignored. It closed the complaint as unresolved and suggested the Curaçao Gaming Authority.
Unresolved
Casino.guru closed it without asking Rollbit, citing its habit of ignoring complaints. The player says the account was later banned.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Nothing worked here. If a casino asks you to declare linked accounts you don't have, say so in writing, ask it to show the link it found, and take the case to its licensing body if it won't answer.
