What Happened
A player from Slovenia says they won $22,000 on roulette, blackjack and slots at Rollbit, and soon after the account was restricted so they could not play, deposit or withdraw. They say Rollbit then accused them of having several accounts, which they deny. They had passed a level 4 check with ID, a driving licence, a selfie and a phone bill.
How It Developed
- 2025-10-11The mediator first asked the player to allow 14 days for the payout, then checked back two days later. The player said several emails had gone unanswered.
- 2025-10-21The player said nobody at home gambles, confirmed the level 4 check, and forwarded the casino's emails.
- 2025-10-27The player said they never used a VPN but logged in from a phone, a tablet and a computer, and paid from a crypto wallet in their name.
- 2025-11-03Rollbit wrote to the player again about other accounts, a question the player says they had already answered.
- 2025-11-05The case was closed as unresolved because Rollbit does not work with the mediator. The player was pointed to the Curaçao regulator.
Unresolved
Rollbit never responded, and the player says the $22,000 remains frozen.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Nothing. Rollbit never answered the mediator, and a full level 4 check plus a clear denial did not shift the multi-account claim. A complaint to the licensing body is the route left.
