What Happened
A German citizen living in Belarus says Rollbit blocked their account after they won about $2,100 and asked to withdraw. According to the player, the ID check service would not let them pick Germany as the country of their documents, so nothing could be uploaded. They say the block came right after they explained this to support.
How It Developed
- 2026-01-21The player told the mediator they signed up in Belarus with a Belarus address and did not use a VPN.
- 2026-02-03The player shared an email in which Rollbit said the block followed its rules on terms breaches and earlier ban evasion, called the matter closed and warned against new sign-ups.
- 2026-02-04The mediator asked for papers showing the player is a German citizen living in Belarus. The player said none could be uploaded.
- 2026-02-10Closed unresolved without Rollbit's input, citing more than 10 earlier cases it ignored. The player was pointed to the Curaçao Gaming Authority.
Unresolved
Rollbit does not respond to Casino.guru. In its email to the player, it blamed terms breaches and earlier ban evasion.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Nothing moved the money. Rollbit gave its reason only in an email to the player and never joined the complaint. Before you play, check that the casino accepts both your citizenship and your country of residence, as the ID tool may not handle mixed cases.
