What Happened
A player from Taiwan says Rollbit locked their account with about $1,000 left in it, after some withdrawals were blocked on 3-4 May 2025. The player says they passed all three KYC levels, including a live check, then did it all again when support reset the check and said the true account owner had to pass it. Right after the redo, support locked the account without giving a reason, the player says.
How It Developed
- 2025-05-04Complaint opened. The player said they had already withdrawn about $3,000 with no trouble, had deposited about $2,700 in crypto and had wagered over $50,000.
- 2025-05-05The player told the mediator they mostly bet on sports, plus some slots and plinko, with no bonus, and lost access on 4 May.
- 2025-05-09The player sent the chat logs and said later support chats went unanswered.
- 2025-05-14The case went to a resolver, who asked Rollbit to explain.
- 2025-05-28Rollbit never replied, even after a 7-day extension. The complaint was closed as unresolved, and the player was pointed to the Curaçao regulator.
Unresolved
Rollbit never answered the mediator. The player last reported the account locked with about $1,000 inside.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Nothing. Rollbit stayed silent. The player's best evidence was screenshots of the finished KYC levels and of support's messages. Keep the same if a casino resets your checks, and bring them to the regulator.
