What Happened
A player from Ireland says Rollbit locked them out with about 600 USDT tied up: a pending withdrawal of just over 5 SOL plus 260 USDT left in the balance. The player says this came about 12 hours after they passed the KYC and selfie check. Live chat told them they had broken the terms but, the player says, never said which one.
How It Developed
- 2026-07-15Complaint opened. The player said they had joined a day earlier, played live blackjack and a little roulette with no bonus, and had already cashed out a few times.
- 2026-07-15The player said they had not emailed the casino, because live chat ignored them and they wanted to escalate fast.
- 2026-07-22The mediator closed the case without asking Rollbit for comment. It said more than 25 earlier complaints had been closed because the casino never reacted, and pointed the player to the Curaçao regulator.
Unresolved
Rollbit has a record of ignoring Casino.guru, so the mediator closed the case without the casino's side.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Nothing. The mediator didn't contact Rollbit at all, because the casino has stopped answering Casino.guru. With this casino, write to its official complaints email so there is a formal record, then take the case to the Curaçao gaming regulator.
