What Happened
A player from Serbia says a withdrawal from Rollbit had been waiting for more than a month. When they asked support, they were told to list their duplicate accounts; the player says they have only one and that the casino showed no proof. They say they passed KYC level 4, won without a bonus and only bet live on sports.
How It Developed
- 2025-05-16Complaint opened. The player said nobody in their home plays there and offered to do a video call to prove who they are.
- 2025-05-20Asked about devices and networks, the player said they only use an iPhone and no VPN, but sometimes log in on shared office Wi-Fi, which they had already told Rollbit.
- 2025-05-21A resolver asked Rollbit what was wrong with the account.
- 2025-05-28No reply came, so the casino got 7 more days.
- 2025-06-04Closed unresolved. The mediator suggested writing to the Curaçao regulator, while noting it says it does not take individual disputes.
Unresolved
Rollbit never answered the mediator about its duplicate-account claim.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Tell the casino in writing about any shared network you log in from, as this player did, and offer a video check. Here it made no difference: Rollbit never replied to the mediator.
