What Happened
A player from Ireland says Rollbit left a 0.069 BTC withdrawal pending for a few days, then banned the account, and support later told them it held no money. The player values the coins at about $4,200 today. By the player's account the ban happened on 11 July 2022, almost four years before the complaint was filed.
How It Developed
- 2026-06-06Complaint opened; the player offered screenshots.
- 2026-06-08The mediator asked when the account was blocked, whether the player can still log in, which games were played and whether a bonus was used; the player answered: July 2022, no access, slots and live games, no bonus.
- 2026-06-16The mediator closed the case as a cold case: Casino.guru does not take up events more than a year old because the evidence trail is too hard to rebuild.
Rejected
Casino.guru treated the 2022 ban as a cold case and did not investigate. No one ruled on the balance.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Nothing was examined. Casino.guru won't look at events more than a year old, so file while the trail is fresh. For an old case, the casino's licence holder is the only route left.
