What Happened
A player from Serbia says they turned about $13 into roughly $13,000 on a Rollbit slot, then were told at cash-out that they had another account. The player says they denied it, waited a month for the legal team, and were sent back to support to admit to accounts they say never existed. The $13 came as Solana crypto from a friend, the player says. The complaint lists $12,000 in dispute.
How It Developed
- 2025-04-26Complaint opened. The player said nobody else plays on their connection, KYC was done years earlier, and no bonus or VPN was used.
- 2025-05-01Asked whether the friend who sent the crypto has an account, the player said they did not know. They added that support had mocked their denial with an emoji.
- 2025-05-14The new mediator said similar Rollbit cases had ended unresolved for lack of evidence, then asked Rollbit for proof of the linked accounts.
- 2025-05-28Rollbit never replied, so the case was closed as unresolved and the player was pointed to the Anjouan gaming regulator.
Unresolved
Rollbit never answered the request for proof of a second account; the player was sent to the Anjouan regulator.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Nothing moved Rollbit. The mediator's suggestion was a complaint to the Anjouan Gaming Authority, which licenses the casino. Offer a video identity check in writing early, to show you are ready to prove you hold only one account.
