What Happened
A player from Taiwan says depositing at Rollbit took minutes, but after a win the withdrawal hit one hurdle after another. Support kept asking the player to name their other Rollbit accounts. The player says there is only one, opened less than a week earlier, with KYC level 3 done and no bonus active. The amount in dispute is 900 TWD.
How It Developed
- Complaint opened. The mediator asked about other accounts in the household, KYC, bonuses and the support messages.
- The player answered: one account only, level 3 KYC passed, no bonus, and emailed the messages to the mediator.
- 2026-07-20The mediator did not contact Rollbit, citing more than 25 earlier cases it had ignored. It closed the complaint as unresolved and pointed the player to the Curaçao Gaming Authority.
Unresolved
Casino.guru closed it without asking Rollbit, citing the casino's record of ignoring complaints. The player's account was never answered.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Nothing, because Rollbit doesn't take part in Casino.guru mediation. A complaint to its licensing body, the Curaçao Gaming Authority, is the route left.
