What Happened
A player who joined Shuffle in July 2024 says two withdrawals, 4,972.55 USDT and 3,794.62 USDT, froze in review in March 2025, although earlier payouts had been quick. Live chat said compliance had them, and then, the player says, the chat option was switched off. According to the player, the casino kept taking deposits and bets after the freeze.
How It Developed
- 2025-03-11The player requested the first withdrawal; the second followed on 24 March. An email on 22 April got no reply.
- Complaint opened. The account was still open and was still being given bonuses.
- The player says the casino reopened checks in May 2026, asking for ID, a selfie, proof of address and a year of Binance statements. They sent them and asked why so much was needed so late.
- The player added a claim for about 848 USDT in bonuses never withdrawn.
- Shuffle said it found a virtual machine and play linked to card counting or other advantage play, meaning ways to beat the house edge. It voided the bets, said nothing was owed because withdrawals exceeded deposits, and closed the account.
- The mediator asked Shuffle for its evidence and the exact terms broken, warning that silence would close the case unresolved.

What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Nothing has freed the money. The casino gave its reason more than a year after the payouts froze, and the mediator then asked for proof. If a casino says you used a virtual machine, ask which sessions and devices it flagged, and keep your own device and login records.
