Shuffle: Account Blocked

18 cases on file where Shuffle blocked, restricted or closed an account with money inside, from $19.78 to about $150,000. Some players say the login simply failed one day; others were put in withdrawal-only mode or cut off from live chat.

In 5 rejected cases, Shuffle said the account was linked to other accounts. In a sixth, it cited deposits from someone else's wallet and VPN use, which the player confirmed.

One player believes they were caught in a mass ban over a wager race they say they never entered. Two cases closed before Shuffle was even asked, because the player didn't answer the mediator's first questions.

Shuffle hasn't given a reason in any of the 4 still open.

• Answer the mediator's first questions fast: what balance is locked, whether you passed KYC and what Shuffle told you.
• Screenshot the block notice and your balance the day it happens.
• Ask support whether small balances spread over several coins can be swapped into one if each is below the minimum withdrawal.
• Send your records to Shuffle's licensing regulator if the casino won't share its evidence with the mediator — Shuffle itself pointed one player there.
