What Happened
A Diamond-tier player from Japan says one bet in their Stake history has no complete record: a single nonce (the counter Stake's provably-fair system uses for each bet) is missing. According to the player, Stake admitted the gap but would only talk about bonuses and VIP perks instead of handing over the full server-side record, and would not say whether the glitch hit only their account or the whole site. They later widened the claim to 163 odd or missing entries and asked for a 200,000 USD settlement.
How It Developed
- 2026-05-27Complaint opened. The player wanted the back-end data for the missing bet, an explanation of why it vanished from their history, and a formal settlement offer.
- 2026-05-27The mediator asked when the bets took place, for the support chats, and whether the player had already shown Stake their findings.
- 2026-05-28The player replied that the one nonce was just the starting point and listed 163 problem records across eight dates; Stake, they said, had only explained about 30 of them.
- 2026-06-02The mediator asked for the actual message in which Stake confirmed the missing record, and asked to keep the review on that single bet first.
- 2026-06-16No answer came, even after a 7-day extension, so the case was closed. The player can reopen it.
Abandoned
The player stopped responding before showing the mediator Stake's confirmation of the missing bet record. It can be reopened.
What Helped
Nothing was tested. The mediator's first ask was the one thing the player never sent: the message in which Stake itself confirmed the missing record. If you dispute a provably-fair result, send that confirmation and keep the claim to one concrete bet before widening it.
