Crypto-Games.io: Account Blocked

4 cases on file where Crypto-Games.io blocked or closed an account with money inside, from $200 to about $4,458. Each came around a withdrawal: payouts cancelled without a reason, or a pending 13,000 TRX withdrawal that never arrived.

Players say they were never told which rule they broke; one was logged out when they asked. Two had placed sports bets, including Champions League accumulators.

Crypto-Games.io never answered the mediator in any of the four, including one complaint that was reopened.

• Ask the casino in writing to name the rule and show its evidence if you're blocked.
• Ask for the reason for a cancelled withdrawal in writing before you request again.
• Screenshot your balance, pending withdrawals and bet slips from time to time, since you may not be able to log in once an account is closed.
