A player from Italy says a VIP manager kept emailing bonuses, and slot spins took the balance to about $255,000; after KYC, Cryptorino said they had played unfairly and would return only the deposits.

Another player says 90,000 NOK was kept over sportsbook rules the casino didn't name, with only a 10,000 NOK last deposit allowed out. A third says about €140 in bet winnings was held after KYC.

Cryptorino never answered the mediator in any of them.
