FortuneJack: Account Blocked

5 cases on file where FortuneJack locked, suspended or closed an account. In two, a check went wrong.

A player missed a verification email, and FortuneJack closed the account a month later with about €555 inside; it says it unlocked it, but the player said the login still failed.

Another says two video calls fell through over a late link and a last-minute change of app, with about 5,224 USDT at stake.

In two more, FortuneJack cited multiple accounts or group bonus play, keeping $885 in one and about $47 in the other. In 2018, a player says they were locked out after a 1.68 BTC withdrawal was stopped.
