Instant Casino: Confiscated Winnings

5 cases on file where Instant Casino voided or kept a balance. The largest is €616,000: a Dutch player says the site stopped working in the Netherlands from 13 March 2026, then the casino closed the account citing only its terms.

The mediator said the block seemed to come only after the win, and found the casino acted against fair gambling.

Two German players say winnings of €4,000 and about €1,800 were voided because they paid from a bank account shared with their husband. Mediators said a joint account is fine with proof of co-ownership, but Instant Casino didn't move.

Another player says €3,500 was kept a week after joining, with no reason given. In one case, a player says €1,000 was voided after wagering was complete, but never sent the mediator screenshots.
