Instant Casino: Deposit Issues

4 cases on file about deposits that never reached an Instant Casino balance. Two are from players paying in rupees, about ₹66,442 and ₹630.

The other two are crypto deposits the players say were confirmed on the blockchain. In the larger rupee case, the casino said it had escalated the problem and would contact the player.

In the $140 crypto case, support said a refund was being processed. None of the pages shows the money credited or refunded.

• Stop depositing until a missing payment is sorted.
• Put the amount, the network and the transaction ID in your complaint from the start.
• Ask your bank or payment app for a written trace that shows where the money went.
• Keep the transaction hash and the support chat for a complaint to the regulator.
