Crypto Casino Complaints / Lucky Block / Bonus Disputes
None of the 3 cases has ended in the player's favour; 1 was rejected and 2 ended unresolved.
3 cases on file about Lucky Block tournaments and promotions. A player from Japan won a €1,250 bonus in a weekend live tournament, and the account was locked at withdrawal.
The mediator rejected the case after Lucky Block's private evidence showed what it read as irregular betting and possible automation; the player says they ran dozens of roulette tables on autoplay.
A 2023 case ended unresolved: a player says a minimum-bet change mid-season kept them off a slot-tournament leaderboard, and neither side could prove the true rank.
In the third, Lucky Block said a player had opened 15 accounts to exploit its welcome offer.
