Rainbet: Bonus Disputes

3 cases on file where Rainbet kept winnings made with a bonus. Two players from Ireland say their accounts were locked after they passed every check.

Rainbet called it bonus abuse by linked accounts, pointing to a shared IP address and, in the €12,000 case, devices its KYC provider flagged. The mediator found the evidence insufficient both times, but Rainbet kept €12,000 and €4,389.

In the third, a player says winnings from a sign-up bonus were taken after they verified, for a terms breach Rainbet didn't name. It didn't reply on the page.

• Ask what besides a shared IP links you to an account that used the bonus.
• Read the rules on one offer per person or IP before you take a welcome bonus.
• Take the case to the Anjouan licensing body if Rainbet ignores the mediator's view.
